Eleanor Roosevelt:

The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experiences.

A Day on the Green - part 2

So Saturday finally came and it was hot. We went to the pool for a dip to cool us down, then came back about 1pm and started to drink for our big afternoon at day on the green!

We got the bus out to all saints estate a winery just out of rutherglen. Its so funny you turn up to the middle of no where for a concert! Gates didn't open till 4pm so we had to wait inline for about 1/2 an hour! Thats us waiting inline in the picture on your left. Megs, My sis Lee and I. Glad we rocked up when we did thought because the cue got longer.

Attendance was 6000 people! It was amazing.. We saw a few people before Missy Higgins came on but the only one i can remember was Lior! It was such an awesome day. I got into the Angelina this sweet wine! It was really nice!! But ended up having a cap nap for about 1/2 hour, to much wine and sun :)

It was so good to sit back relax, listen to cruisey music and enjoy it! The atmosphere was great, except please tell me why you would pay $70 to go and read a book? Yeah i didn't understand that either! Ill be there next year with bells on and well prepared! With the eski full of snacks!
