Im a little disappointed this week as I had no lose and a little gain in my body fat. I feel like i worked my arse off this week! But i suppose it doesn't help when you have your monthlys.
There is always next week though!

I definately wouldnt stress about no loss this week, with it being TTOM. I can gain up to 2kg sometimes with mine.
Good luck for next week. Stick with it and you'll have a good loss next week.

Oh possum. You've put in the work, it will absolutely show a loss in the next week if you keep it up.
Just think of the fitness benefits too. Your heart, lungs, muscles. They are all loving you right now.
